Exchange Policy
Customers can always exchange the jewels bought from our showroom or website for a new jewel with a fair market price for the old jewel. New KVM jewellers’ team experts will determine the rate for the jewel along with stone and other precious metals based on the current market price. However we don’t entertain cash payments for those exchange of jewels. Such exchange products will undergo quality check from our expert team.
